payment is required up front and i will not take a payment plan. commissions are ordered and paid through artistree or Ko-fi using your preferred payment method.failure to send payment within a week of your commission being accepted may result in cancellation. please let me know if you will require more time to send payment.i have the right to deny any commission for any reason and i am not obligated to inform you of the reason.i will do simple pattern backgrounds, as demonstrated here.i will send progress shots at the sketch stage, the lineart stage, and the flat colour stage. revisions should be requested before the flat colour stage. max 3 revisions.if you choose to cancel your commission, refunds will not be issued once i have reached the flat colour stage. if you request cancellation prior to the flat colour stage, only a 50% refund will be issued. if i am personally unable to complete your commission for any reason, i will issue you a full refund.commissions may take up to 2-5 weeks depending on complexity. i will inform you of any significant delays. i do not accept orders with deadlines.additional characters in the same drawing are 75% extra of the initial total cost (max 3 characters). additional, separate commissions in the same order are full price.my artwork does not include a commercial use license. you are not permitted to use my artwork for commercial use, including:

xx❱ used as an asset on ad-supported sites / platforms ( e.g. youtube videos )you are not permitted to convert my artwork into nfts. i will not accept commissions for the purpose of creating nfts, nor will i do business with anyone who supports nfts.my artwork is not to be used for ai training in any way, shape, or form.you may use artwork you commission from me for personal use (including making merchandise for yourself that you do not intend to sell). however, i ask that you do not claim credit, use it for profit, or remove my signature, and that you attribute my work properly by including links to my social media wherever my art is shared.you are not permitted to trace, edit, copy, trade, resell, reproduce, or modify my artwork without my express permission.i have the right to post artwork you commission from me on my social media. please inform me if you do not want your commission posted publicly.
